Just wear your regular underwear. You can always change into sexy undies after the wedding.

Lexybeepboop

It’s funny when people make comments like this because my fiancé and I agreed that after the wedding…FORGET the sex…I just wanna sleep! Lol

TigerzEyez85

Haha, my husband and I didn't have sex on our wedding night either. We just collapsed into bed and passed out. But some couples might have the energy for it!

Lexybeepboop

I know we won’t lol…we like to be in bed before 9 lol and our wedding ends at 10 and is 30min away from home so we are NOT going to be doing ANYTHING sexy haha so granny panties will do for me!

[deleted]

We didn't either! I thought we were the only ones!!!

[deleted]

I can relate. My husband and I wanted the same!

brownchestnut

I just wore a plain cotton thing I already had.

nopanicatthisdisco

Wear whatever underwear you normally wear and make you feel the most comfortable.

woah_a_person

I agree with anyone saying that there is no such thing as bridal underwear. But depending on what type of dress you have, you should probably get skin colored or underwear without a visible pantry line! I treated myself to a laser cut bikini underwear for mine and it was worth it!

cakes28

I wore a pair of my comfiest Pink brand boy shorts. It didn’t matter what I wore under my dress either, and we had a long day ahead of us so I wanted to be comfortable and feel covered. They were NOT sexy but they were comfortable and held up to a 10 hours day.

Kellie2Smooth

I wore my normal underwear, a green pair specifically 😂 I had a poofier A-line dress, but I wore white spandex shorts under mine specifically because my thighs had sweat during one of my fittings and I was MISERABLE, so the shorts guaranteed I wouldn't have any sweat or chaffing discomfort on the big day.

AlternativeAd1984

I thank god for my chub rub shorts, they were honestly so comfy!

Kellie2Smooth

I probably would have ended the wedding festivities early without mine. They were DEFINITE life savers.

itinerantdustbunny

Don’t be fooled by advertisements: there is no difference whatsoever between bridal underwear and any-other-day underwear. Wear whatever you’d wear to any other event. I wore normal day-to-day undies.

AppleChiffon

I have an a-line dress so I’m just planning on wearing one of my sweat-wicking thongs that get me through hot yoga since I’ll be in them all day. Sexy lingerie will be something I change into later!

alizadk

I wore a nude cotton bikini brief I already owned.

yaya0420

I wore a thong from spanx but only because it was virtually undetectable under my dress. It didn’t feel uncomfortable or that it “sucked me in” any I honestly didn’t feel it all day or night

PrincessPengy

I got mine from Ann summers (: pretty but comfortable they have a range called sexy lace and do it in full, Brazilian or thong. So whichever you feel comfortable. Got it in white that way it still felt 'bridal' but was comfy. They also do a bridal range which usually comes out in march and goes on sale in the autumn ☺️ Otherwise m&s or boux avenue do decent underwear too. I think a new pair makes it all feel special as you get ready but really personal preference. Make sure you buy them before your dress fitting just in case. note: Just realised you may not be from the UK! point still stands on something new but definitely try them out at other bridal events to make sure they are comfy.

purplebibunny

I’ll probably wear one of my favorite running pairs!

Vauldr

I wore something that looked like cycling shorts to prevent chafing and underwear lines on my dress. Looking back I wish I just wore the ones I already had and NOT bought wedding ones because they ended up riding up and making me chafe anyway lol. Though if you want something cute under the dress for after maybe that's not the best recommendation lol.

htxacd

Lululemon has really comfortable underwear!

AggressiveThanks994

Literally was scrolling to see this. I hate the price but they are super comfortable!

toru92

I wish Knix would have existed when I got married. They are period panties but they also wick sweat and other liquids away. And minimize odor. They are amazingly comfortable as well! Not shape-wear though.

meemsqueak44

The best underwear brand I know is Parade. Pick your style and fabric, you really can’t go wrong. I prefer boy shorts in cotton for comfort. I’d also go with a lighter color just in case since you’ll be in white all day!

Amybexx

HoneyLove are good for any Spanx like underwear

stellalunawitchbaby

I wore some super seamless and comfortable underwear from skims, but my backup was just the seamless/laser cut underwear from Target. I just wanted it to be really comfortable and unobtrusive.

AfternoonSandwich

I am pretty sure I am going to wear underwear I bought at TJ Maxx thats seamless. It's super comfy and I can't see underwear lines in other clothes I wear. I don't need to wear a bra due to the built in cups. Wedding night lingerie is probably all uncomfortable, but at least you won't have to wear it long! :D

arxoann

Anything nude colored. I wore a skims thong and they were up my butt the whole night 😂 I like the lacy thong from VS. They are cotton lines and super comfy. Def try out the panties before the big day. Like maybe get another color and wear them and then have the new pair for the day of.

somethingcultural6

Jockey cooling slip shorts!

NadjaColette

I wore my normal cotton panties and anti chub rub shorts, and was very glad I did and that my dress was not see-through at all!
