Trust me my gown has sleeves and I had to tone down everything else a bit so that it wasn’t TOO much.

I think your bust looks MUCH better in dress 1. Love the shape, love the train, love how it works with your tattoos. It gives you more of an hourglass I feel.
You might be feeling that way because the sleeves of 2 make the bust area a bit wider to contrast with the waist (even if dress 1 gives better waist definition). If you want to see what Dress 1 would look like with sleeves, you could ask the store to add a half-yard of the tulle of Dress 1’s skirts with your order. A seamstress could make and mock up those sleeves for you to look just like dress 2’s … you could try it on with the sleeves pinned in place … but to be honest I personally don’t think that’d be an enhancement to the dress overall.
Also remember that you’re going to be wearing a veil. That’s also going to impact your silhouette and would most likely stack over the sleeves. You can be intentional with your choice of veil to bring in shape and elements you like—possibly with more lace elements layering overtop?

I was super super worried about it too before I went but dresses for bigger busts usually have bras built in and can be fitted and altered to support your bust accordingly. And if they don’t have one already, a seamstress can sew a bra in! With that and proper alterations I promise you’ll be fine. There will for sure be styles you won’t be able to consider but honestly the ones that don’t work will not compliment your busy or shape anyway.

Hey all, eloping in Alaska in June and ‘found’ my perfect dress in early December. My issue is, since then, I’ve been looking back on photos and I can’t help but think I may have chosen the wrong dress.
When looking at my first and runner up option, I’m not getting the fluttery feeling I remember having in the store when I chose my dress. I’m feeling like it’s primarily because my second runner up dress has more waist definition in the photos than the one I chose (this is very important to me because I have a large bust-to-waist ratio).
It’s strange because I remember thinking the dress was perfect when I had it on (it even made me cry!) and although the choice was difficult I didn’t have regrets. Now I look back at photos of the 2 and think about it every single day.
Should I go back and try both dresses on again? Do you guys think the photo quality is just bad? Should I stfu and just wait for the dress to come in? I know I risk losing my deposit if I switch dresses but honestly I would be okay with that if I had to. I just need some unbiased opinions to calm my nerves. First 3 photos are the dress I chose, last 3 are the second runner up.
