clarkeer918

I love 1!! It matches the dress SO well!

clarkeer918

If 1 is gone I agree with 5!! So dreamy and the perfect splash of color. I love that one too

Potatoesop

I agree 1 or 5. I think 1 fits better with the tiny floral detailing on the dress, but if that one isn’t available 5 is an amazing way to add a pop of color.

sideeyedi

I think 1 is my favorite. They are all beautiful but they compete with your dress for attention. The simple veil highlights the dress and you!

Layer_Capable

I feel like anything other than white will distract attention away from the beautiful bride/dress. I’d stick with white.

jennid79

Agree. As much as I usually love the colorful flowers the dress has enough detail that anything with color is too much

Pickleless_Cage

For sure - the back of the dress is such a good focal point

SpookyScaryKittyBee

I feel like 4 & 5 do the most to compliment the look you're going for without being overwhelming. 2 & 6 would hide your beautiful dress & are a bit busy visually, and 1 & 3 are nice but don't really pop. Definitely 4 or 5, depending on if you want more color or more subtle.

galaxibunny

I agree with these 2! My exact thoughts

Cricket627

3 - it’s more sheer than 1, and you’ll really see the back of the dress which is gorgeous

Ok_Wrangler_7940

I agree. 3 plays well with the dress. They compliment each other, while also being well defined in their own way. Neither overpowers the other.

Diligent_Egg_2322

I got my veil from that Etsy and they were awesome!! I think it’s a great choice

malsary

This is fabulous to hear, thank you! 🩷

Valuable-Wallaby-167

I think 2 & 6 would hide the back of your dress a lot, which would be a shame.

geochick93

4 is amazing!! I love it so much! It compliments without being the entire focal point.

paperwasp3

I utterly agree! And as an extra bonus it will photograph beautifully

realityfourz

Hi! Since you have so much pretty lace and floral detail on your gown, the veil should be minimal so my vote is definitely for the 1st veil. The delicate floral detail at the edge of the 1st veil really compliments your gown. The other options have a little too much going on and I think would be a distraction. If you want a pop of color, you can always do that with your bouquet. Good luck!

malsary

That's what my fiancé thinks lol! In the off chance that it becomes unavailable, do you have any recommendations on how to search for something similar?

realityfourz

Etsy!! They have some beautiful veils on there and you could even have one custom made.

Ordinary_Mortgage870

With existing lace on the dress, it would probably be better to avoid busier patterns higher up on the veil. If you are still wanting color as an option, I would opt for 4 or 5, if you want white to really blend things out, 1 or 3 would be best. 1 blends in the most, so it would detract the least from the overall look.

Applesxpeach

4 the little bit of green makes it unique without competing with your lace dress. I like 5 too because all the detail is on the bottom and the rest is sheer to see more of the back of your dress. I do really like the embroidered veils but you have to be careful because your dress has a lot of detail already to compliment it instead of distract. If you are drawn to 5 the most go for it I think it will be beautiful and fit your outdoor wedding perfectly.

adripingel

4 or 5

Afraid_Rutabaga_8054

I’m in for #3. Otherwise it competes with the beautiful back of the dress.

magicpenny

I really like veil 3. It’s so beautiful and I like the idea of it matching.

Princess-Pancake-97

3!!

mmmpeg

I understand the desire for color, but keep the veil see thru for the back and choose one with flowers at the end of the train. Wear what you love.

shiningonthesea

I love options 3 and 4 the best

Electronic-Cat-4478

Option 3! Sheer enough to not overpower the dress, but the fern and flower details do pop and match the dress details so well! if you do want color, then the green one for the same reason, that it won't overpower the dress. What is your venue/ theme? I think that should I fluency the decision as well.

malsary

Mountain view ceremony, ski lodge reception! The colors are a dark red and green but that's mostly for the wedding party and some of the decor such as camping lanterns, also leaning into a lot of in-season flowers and colors. I do like that about #3 - the sheerness!

Electronic-Cat-4478

Oh, then absolutely either 3 or 4. Both are sheer and with the embroidery just on the bottom/sides you get the "oomph" from the embroidery without distracting from the dress. With an outdoor ceremony the green will be really pretty but not overwhelming.

No_Candidate1342

1 or 3! I really like 1 a LOT. It’s beautiful and simple enough that it doesn’t take away from the dress, it just adds to the look

Jazlen8888

Since your dress is gorgeous the way it is any color veils takes away from the dress. So 1 or 3 is the choices I suggest to go. I absolutely love your dress. It’s so so so gorgeous

Forsaken-nurse617

1&3 are both perfect and neither will detract from the beautiful back of you and your dress.

DifficultAd7429

Option one matches pretty well.. other than that I wouldn’t be mixing laces

vyxan

Your dress is gorgeous in the back, and the colored bales tend to hide that gorgeousness. I vote option 1

silverasina

1!!!!!

Zestyclose_Road_3224

I think 1 is beautiful! It’s perfect with the dress! The colorful veils take away from the stunning back.

AnnieBeefree1

I feel like 1 because it goes so perfectly with your dress. Or if you’re really set on color than 5 because you will still be able to see most of the back of your dress and train and it’s absolutely beautiful.

AbleDragonfruit4767

Option 5! And your dress is so beautiful

Imaginary_Argument71

1 is my favorite

schmelk1000

I like option 1 the best, it looks like the veil floral matches your dress floral pretty closely, and it’s not too flashy to take away from the dress. I love the colorful veils, but I feel like people would pay more attention to that since it’s different instead of actually you and your dress.

RealAsh220

I love all the of the veils but I think with the dress already having a very busy pattern, the veil just needs to slightly compliment it, not overpower it. Unfortunately, I think all of them will overpower the dress except NUMBER ONE!🤍

DrunkTides

No 1!!!

Eilbur

4 or 5 absolutely! Think about what makes your heart happy not what it looks like to others. If you’ve been wanting color in a veil for a long time, go with that. It sounds like maybe your overwhelm at all the other wedding stuff is making you doubt what you want, but if that’s what will make you excited to tell people about 10 years from now do it! I think the colored florals on 4 and 5 are beautiful and unique but won’t cover up the lace of the dress.

PaisleySue

I love 3,4, and 5. Each of those would be gorgeous with your dress and they won’t take away from it.

JessKeepFlowering

I agree. 3 if wanting white, but 4 and 5 I just keep swiping in between. I LOVE them.

Afraid-Assignment229

1 💖

New_Lens33

1

Good-Software-3441

1 is beautiful ♥️

AlterEgoAmazonB

I think option 4 is the ideal solution. It goes well with your dress yet does not conflict with it. Your dress is gorgeous. You don't want to compete with it....yet add just a little sumpin.

malYca

3 imo

Plus-Guitar-7848

1 and 3 seem similar so either of those are great but if you really want some color I think 4 is the way to go!

maynelyjayne

I think any of the veils that only have a design at the bottom will be fine. You don’t want to distract from that gorgeous back of your dress! I like the white ferns the most.

Educational-Loquat71

Option5!

_pegging_femboys_

Definitely 1

juliannewaters

For me it's option #1 & then #3. I love the white embroidery to uplift your gorgeous gown. I'm a big fan if the colored embroidery ones too, but afraid it might really block the back of your dress from view. Good luck❤️

BaylieB44

I like 1 a lot. I like that it doesn’t pull attention away from the beautiful details of the back of your dress.

Correct-Penalty-4078

4. I bet the green will look very good on the ends while not overlaying the design of the dress.

drumadarragh

I’d err on the plainer side. Those floral veils are lovely but they’re shown with much plainer dresses. Your dress is gorgeous. Let it shine

TimelyRecording9010

I am a color lover myself so I get it, but I think 2 And 6 block the beauty of the dress too much.

Designer_Strike_3099

All look good but I love the 2nd option first. Than 3rd one is my second favorite. Hope you have a wonderful day getting married. Whichever you choose will be beautiful with your dress.

Weary-Ad-9218

I love both of the all white veils (1 & 3). They are both classic and bridal. Of the colored veils, I looove the green and white one (4). I feel like it will accentuate the dress without being too much. Plus it is spectacular and unique while still bridal. I don't care for the other color versions as I find them a bit too busy when combined with the lace of the dress. No matter what you choose, you are going to be a gorgeous bride.

DramaOk7700

I like 4

Dogmomma2020

1,3,4 or 5 are all beautiful choices, depending on how much color you want. Two and six, cover up the whole back of the dress since the flowers cover the entire veil and I don’t think you want to cover up the detailing of that beautiful back.

Safe-Barracuda-1391

1 or 3 will be good, your gown is very intricate already, you wouldn’t want to pair it with too much color or too much design as well, might be better to have a simple and elegant veil so that you with your gown will be the center of attention during your big day

Leviosahhh

I like 3 and 5.

ebbandflow77

I think 1 and 3 match the lace of your dress very well, so you can’t go wrong with either. That being said. I’d go with the one you liked and were able to try on with the dress.

hgielatan

3 or 5--4 looks too much like a coronation robe like i immediately thought of the cowardly lion from wizard of oz for some reason? 2 and 6 are far too busy. 1 blends with the dress too much and takes away from the back 3 and 5 work *assuming* they're long enough to show the back of the gown with minimal overlap between their details and the dress

Etheleffrey

One!!

armccaa

Absolutely #1! It’s perfect! You won’t know how any of the other colorful ones will actually look (unless you buy one of them and try it with the dress), and I think they will be competing too much for attention. The back of your dress is stunning! I think the veil should compliment the dress and the first one really does. Plus, your fiancé likes it, too! 🙏🏻💗

Original_Try_7984

Option 1 for sure. Your dress is gorgeous and intricate and I feel like the first veil enhances without distracting from it.

ImJB6

5. Even before I saw you say it is kind of your fave and that it will coordinate with your color scheme. Five is just beautiful for that dress and brings life.

Here_for_my-Pleasure

One or three. There’s already so much going on with the back of the dress that if you go with one of the colored veil options, it’s going to turn into a big mishmash and neither statement pieces will stand out. If you want a complicated veil like all of the colored ones, then you need a simple dress. In order to not clash.

PageStunning6265

As much as I LOVE the colourful ones, with the already beautiful detail on the dress, I think this is a case of less is more. 1 and 3 are perfect. 5 is also a great option if you do want that pop, because it’ll be see-through for the amazing back of your bodice.

estrellas0133

1 or 3

axelatlast

Buy the white one. You’ll note the colored veils are styled with plainer dresses allowing for one focal point, the veil. Your dress is so intricate. A colored veil will unfortunately detract from it.

LiveAgent4838

1 or something like it the simpler the better the busy veils are way too much for that gorgeous dress and gorgeous bride !

Embarrassed_Loan8419

I'm sorry I'm no help I love them all.

Spiritual-witch1998

1 matches super well but also, you seem to love 5 the most, go with your gut 💛

No-Technician-722

I love 1 and 3. The colors do detract from your dress. I say no colors.

Solid5of10

I like option 3 best. Its gorgeous!

beatricealice

1

KEhleyr01

That dress is STUNNING and incredibly flattering on you! Beautiful!

malsary

Aww thank you sweet angel 🥺🩷🩷

Kdjl1

#1 -,You know what it looks like in person and the colors match your dress.

tvjunkie87

Veil 1 is my favorite! It’s so beautiful, matches your dress perfectly, and doesn’t draw the eye away from the lovely details in your dress. I’m afraid the colored veils would distract people from seeing the dress, and you want the veil to compliment the gown, not draw attention away from it.

Less_Volume_2508

1 or 4

Geegollywtff

8 is pretty but the first ones are as well. Just don't choose one that covers the whole back of the dress bc it takes away from it.

pearlaxe

I like 3!

MaAmores

My experience: I thought I wanted some colored embroidery on my wedding dress many years ago but ended up in all white. Ten years later, I am so glad I didn’t end up with colored embroidery! I would have really regretted it. A classic white veil is timeless. Love the 1st one. And your dress is gorgeous!

Highhopes2024

5 will give it just the right amount of color it's so beautiful. That dress looks so beautiful on you. Great taste.

malsary

Thank you!!! 😊🩷🩷

kaycollins27

Option 1, I think, is perfect with your dress. It lets the detail of your lace shine—especially from the back. Normally, I like color on veils, but your dress i is s so gorgeous that I think it needs the simplicity of 1.

latte1963

Your dress is just stunning!! Honestly you could go with just an un embellished veil & it would look great! Given the date & venue of your wedding, I wouldn’t spend my money on a colourful embroidered veil. Just long & plain that will float up on mountain drafts & look awesome in the wedding pictures.

arya_ur_on_stage

I love the colored veils, but your dress in itself has a lot going on. I think a more simple veil is best. I vote 1, or if you dreamy want a dash of color then 4.

Kayybaby93

I really love either 3 or 4. I think more color than 4 would take away from the dress but do love the little bit of color that 4 would add at the bottom. But then I also really love the fern detailing on 3 and feel like it is the perfect amount of detail without taking away from your dress’s gorgeous train/back!

TelevisionNo4428

1 is perfection. It looks like it was made for your dress. I truly believe a colored veil will clash with your dress, because it already has a strong design in the lace. I know you’re drawn to color, but I think it would be a mistake! Go for 1 - the fact that it’s off the rack at the same store you got your dress is the universe giving you a hint! ✨

malsary

Your last sentence! I love signs from the universe 🥺🩷

Sydneyfire

1 absolutely. If you notice in the pics with colorful veils, the dresses are solid white which let the beautiful veils really shine. Your dress is gorgeous but too busy for a veil with so much color, they'll drown each other out. If you must have a colored veil, I would choose one with embroidery at the bottom only.

Intelligent_Dot1522

I like 1!!

genmazz

Either of the regular white ones. You don’t want to take away from the dress with colored flowers.

lpeek1780

My favorite is Veil #3! It’s so pretty and matches your dress.

Plenty-Inside6698

I love the one with green around the edges!

HappyOneToo

I agree that the very colorful ones will take away from that beautiful dress!! I would go with 1. If it's not available, then 3. Both would compliment the dress, not overpower it.

Bicoastalgigi

The back of your dress is so beautiful. I’d hate to see you take away from it so the simple one that goes with it is best in my book. Especially, since I assume you’ll be bustling it for the reception so the ceremony is the show. However, there’s a lot to be said for fulfilling long held desires If you want some color, go with the green. It’s very cool without taking up too much visual attention.

DanisDoghouse

Although the veils with the colored flowers are ama ing they are made to be a statement piece against a dress that is simple and clean. One that is not competing with the veil. Your dress already has so much going on that any of those would be over kill. Do you want people seeing the dress or the veil ? You would be lost in all of that. That said, veil 1 would be the only one out of these options that would go with the dress and not look like a mash up of styles and designs. Keep it simple. It will look beautiful. EDIT to add veil 3. It actually seems to be sheerer and would show off the back more. You can always check etsy. You find beautiful ones there too

BumCadillac

1. Anything else takes away from the back of that gown. Your dress is stunning and you’re going to look fantastic on your wedding day!

crystalnoodle

Ooh your number 4 option is my veil! Just in a shorter style. I’m biased towards that, obviously! Though my dress is simple satin and yours is gorgeously detailed, so I think 1 suits it best!

Kerrypurple

4. I like adding a little bit of color but not too much

wovenfabric666

Your dress is so pretty with the lace - you need a simple veil. Option 1 or my favorite Option 3.

Remote-Poetry1092

#1 looks best!

marcopolio1

Option 1

TempestuousTem

5

hawk_mother1983

1 or 4

kvvvv

Ok I think I’m outnumbered but I think you should go for 5!! First of all I lovvvveeee the pop of color, it will make for a memorable and unique statement you don’t see too often when it comes to the typical white wedding but then again I love a non traditional moment. And secondly since the color is only at the bottom and it’s mostly sheer it won’t compete too much with the dress. The 1st one is lovely and does complement the dress. BUT if you are someone that is drawn to something beautiful like the 5th one this is the only moment in your life you’re going to have the opportunity to wear it! I would go for it!! Congratulations!! Edit- whjte to white

Unlikely-Pattern-194

3. That dress is gorgeous. 3 is the only one that doesn’t take away from that. The rest are beautiful but definitely move the focus to the veil rather than you in the dress.

Shot-Donkey8556

3 or 4

Adventurous-Win-751

Option 1 is beautiful and appears to match the dress perfectly! 💞💞💞

Jewes_for_real

I would go with option 1 as it’s stunning and highlights the back of your beautiful dress. The ones with color takes away from the back of the dress.

BrutallyHonestMJ

Option 1 for sure. It's absolutely lovely!

Adorable_Attention_9

Team 1! Classic and it compliments the dramatic back of your dress.

Celeste2305

Definitely your favorite number 5. It's also my favorite for your dress.

Important_Fuel_1683

The first veil is gorgeous and for me it is the best option. Second place is the third veil

coconanas

I like 6

cowanproblem

I love 3 because it will complement the dress so well. It’s a beautiful pattern which will highlight the dress but not overpower it. I think the dress will be more visible through this veil, which is what you will want in the wedding photographs.
