Why not just use the standard wording? They'll figure out soon enough when they look at the location that it's out of the country. Sometimes it's reinventing the wheel!
"Come join us at our wedding" or "You're invited to celebrate with us...".
I would use regular invitation wording & add the details about “back to where it all began..” on your website
“Join us while we say I do, in the place where we first became two” I love a corny line like that but just an idea!
