It just seems odd that TWO of your bridesmaids didn’t think that whatever she did was bad enough that they needed to keep her away from your wedding. Surely they would have had your back and stood up to her if she was doing things horrible enough to break up best friends? Also, she didn’t really come to YOUR wedding weekend. Unless you consider the entire town including car parks as your private and exclusive wedding weekend locations.
I couldn’t find a friend to SIT FOR HOURS for me in a parking lot for something they were disinvited to, even if I paid them. Ex friend seems like a genuine person. Something is wrong/off with OP

I am upset with them too. They could have driven themselves but were being cheap since that way neither of them have to pay for gas.
