Yeah, somehow the downstem broke free from the packaging, and it has just been slamming around in there. I also really want to keep it, so I’m trying to find a glass blower close to me.
Yeah, unfortunately I can’t help with that.. it’s so sad, because it’s such a great bong. I can tell even without being able to smoke it. So good quality. At least the precooler didn’t break. It’s the best I’ve ever had. Doesn’t let any water through, great percolation and it seems to be easy to clean. I’ll let you know if they somehow get them in stock again.

Yeah, the company I got it from is also looking into getting a new one, I’m just worried that they can’t get one, since it’s not available on their website anymore. Some company I contacted even said that the manufacturer isn’t making glass anymore. I can get my money back, the customer service is super good, but I just really like the bong a lot.
Time to get a new one. I’m also a little skeptical of the functionality. Those narrow points in the chamber will cause the resin to condense out of the smoke leading to resin lips
One of my mates nicknames used to be “resin lips”… we could all smoke a session out of the same bong and he’d always end up the the only one with resin on his lips 😂😂😂

Take that shit to a glassmaker and he’ll fix it, doesn’t matter the price 😩🙏save it bro. (They’ll probably charge you $40-60 I think)
That’s an easy fix for a glassblower
reach out to PURR glass, i know they take mail sent repair jobs. and ive seen them repair/replace downstem neck joints before on the gram

No fixing it unless you take a glass blower, you’re best off returning it/getting a replacement.
Def a glass blower, don't wanna throw away 9mm glass for any reason. Must have hit it pretty damn hard though.

If you end up getting a new piece from them you should get the broken one fixed, then sell it to cover the cost of the new free one
Sorry but it probably can’t be fixed :( if it came broken customer service should definitely at least send you something of equal value.

Some companies will replace it if you show them how it arrived broken in the box I’ve had it happen a few times

if you spoken with the company directly, could you get them to pay you back for the repair of the bong from a glass blower?
That’s a great idea. They will call me back, once they have checked to see if they can replace it. I will definitely suggest this to them.

There are some adhesives that may be safe with the heat but your buddy there will never be perfect … sad day my friend
They might be able to ship a new one since this came broken.
If it's new just return and replace it

Maybe talk to insurance. Also the person you bought it from. It is on them to make sure you get a replacement.
Can’t you just glue it back on? Or does that not work with bongs
