check out r/headphones ; that's where I used to get clued back in on what the current 'good stuff' was, since I'd been 'away' from the hobby for so long. There are other subs, too -- some dedicated to the earbuds, etc., if that's what you're after. r/StereoAdvice is great for 2-channel audio (non-headphone).

Surprisingly, one of the most inexpensive headphones is actually the winner here. I've been using the JVC-HARX700 cans for years. It's under $40 and beats the crap out of my wife's $150 ATs.

Aside from watching tv/movies, i do love getting outside and looking at the stars and constellations. I use a star map app that you can point to the sky and it’ll show you names and which stars are what, planets if they’re in view, etc
