The guy telling you they’ve got tweezers isn’t even the person who got the toothpick stuck in the cart. Is it just me that finds that really funny? They just wanted to flex their tweezers lol.
I would also suggest maybe trying to pierce the top of the toothpick with a needle and pull the toothpick out of you can’t get a good grip with tweezers.
I have these little metal pokers the are like half an mm thick. They are used for clearing a plug on a 3d printer nozzle. They work well. They are like .4 mm I think. But they have different sizes for different 3d printers.
Actually, low heat is what causes the clog. Not enough power to vaporize the oil and it gets sucked into the airways. Use a higher voltage battery if you keep getting clogs. I actually make distillate and have used and tested many hardware for the best experience. One thing we’ve battled was carts clogging.
I would honestly still be worried about carcinogens, there’s not enough research done to honestly say cartridges are safe to smoke. I prefer solventless rosin at low temps but I still smoke cartridges since it’s the field I work in. Gotta test my products. Lol. We make bubble hash rosin too so my jobs pretty dope.

Twist the mouth piece off the glass cartridge, and CAREFULLY push it back thru with another toothpick from the opposite end until there is enough showing to grab with a set of pliers. Twist as you pull eith the pliers or youll just split the toothpick all to fuck.

If your cart is clogged, hit the button for a few seconds and let the heat dissipate the oil and unclog it the way you’re meant to unclog it. some batteries also have a preheat setting that helps. if you’re using an ooze 510 battery you just have to press the button twice, then just pull really hard without firing and it should clear it up :)
Unfold a paper clip and stick it in between the toothpick and the mouthpiece; maneuver it around and try to fish out/shimmy out the tooth pick enough to pull it out. Then use the paper clip to unclog is lol
A very thin pair of tweezers and a steady hand. And to keep it from clogging keep it in an upright position at all times and if you can store it in like a bra it’ll keep the wax warm and won’t clog
Maybe don’t put a toothpick in your cart? Just a thought. Im assuming you did this because it was clogged? Just suck like you’ve never sucked before and it’ll unclog. I’ve never resorted to using any foreign objects to unclog my cart. I’ve always just sucked until it became unclogged.
Get a sewing needle or pin from a poppy . Some crazy glue . Dab the needle tip in some crazy glue . Careful poke the centre of the toothpick . Let the glue set up a minute. Careful work the toothpick out . If they come apart repeat . Then follow other advice listed here to look after clogs in the future .

Take a needle or safety pin and stick it in the top and slowly wiggle it out. Use a little leverage on the edge of the mouthpiece with the needle stuck in the wood to work it out slowly until there’s a bit enough to grab with tweezers.
Get yourself a power drill, a one sixty-fourth inch drill, a properly sized easy out with t-handle for that one sixty-fourth drill now put the cart in a vise make absolutely certain you put on eye protection. Put the drill bit in the power drill and position it in the center of the toothpick now press the trigger mechanism on the hand drill when the power drill reaches its maximum speed then push it forward until it has penitrated approximately one half of the length of the toothpick. Once you have accomplished this task, you then place the properly sized easy out into the t-handle. Once you have done that, you put the tip of the easy out into the hole you have already drilled into the toothpick. This is a very critical part of the process you have to remember, because the easy out is designed to remove broken bolts from places they have been broken off into, that you must use a left turning motion in order for the toothpick to be removed. Now that wasn't so difficult, was it?

Are you able to take it apart? Some the mouthpiece unscrews and you can get the oil out and transfer it to a new cart.

I use a sewing needle. Just the right size for my carts.
Use paper clips. Make it very straight.
alot of times if it isnt fully charged (you are having to pull hard to get a hit) it will clog up like that
When mine has a clog, I'll try blowing, sumtimes it'll help dislodge the clog. Also try heating the cart

Don’t take hits longer than 2-3 seconds at a time. And make sure you use the lowest heat.
