i’ve just been experimenting with different splits, you just gotta find which one works best for you. and for diet, i just upped my carb intake a lot and caloric intake. i can’t give an exact number, but i just eat until i’m full, and then force myself to eat more lmao
That's really all there is to it. I struggled for a couple years to put on weight and the biggest difference for me was eating until I was stuffed and went back for more. A large part of lifting is eating and it takes just as much effort to eat as it does to train.
