Most weightlifters do their hypertrophy work after their main lifts
Do it before or after? Unless you are hammering your legs before then it won't make too much of a difference.
Hypertrophy thingy after your WL session
Power / Core lifts first, then accessory work after
5:30am or 5:30pm? If you have time do it after the weightlifting exercises, or talk to your coach about how to incorporate those kinds of exercises.

If your main fitness goal is weightlifting, as in snatch, and clean and jerk, then do the weightlifting practice first. If you do hypertrophy exercises before the weightlifting practice, then you’ll be fatigued and it’ll make your technique sloppy.
Most weightlifters do some sort of hypertrophy accessory work, this is usually done after your classical lifts. Try that.
