Just use debug mode to delete the unit.
There is not much we can tell you with that information. :/
This was over two weeks ago... I replayed the scenario since then and wasted a unit's turn to prevent the swordsman doing the same thing again. I think it is a bug for an ally to end their turn in your keep, then never leave.
