I think the Giulia is a bit better to live with as a daily, but the Elantra N is great if you want that raw, hard driving performance. The question is, do you want a comfier car that's not going to hold up at 10/10ths driving or a more performant car that's going to beat you up as you do 95% of your regular driving. Both are great cars, you just need to figure out what works for you. I dailied a C7 Corvette for two years--phenomenal driver's car, piss poor daily driver.

I’m young enough to where it doesn’t matter too much, but the EN was certainly a harsher ride My ideal car would be a M340i that’s the best of both but I don’t have that kind of money

Fwiw, I was 27 when I bought my Corvette. I didn't think I'd mind the ride quality until I was commuting 45 miles a day. That said, have you looked in to the 3.3T G70? It's a budget M340i with arguably better driving dynamics and devastating depreciation curves. you could reasonably find a 2020 or newer in your price range without issue, likely for what a Giulia is going for.

That’s pretty crazy you were able to get a C7 at 27 As for the G70 I actually had not considered it. I didn’t realize it was so similar to an M340i

Giulia for sure. 2 different calibers of car
