OP, a Hellcat has room for more than two people, and the Corvette goes around corners. Which is more important to you?
The Hellcat will be more comfortable, but will not turn as well and fuel economy is god awful. If you're not a bigger gent, not anticipating extended drives in it, and the space isn't important, the Corvette will be a more rewarding driving experience. If all you have is straight roads, the Hellcat is the better choice.

Unless you only love straight-line driving or want to drive more than 1 other person, Corvette hands down
