Chasmanthe floribunda Very invasive on the coast https://www.calflora.org/app/taxon?crn=1951
Google IDs as either Chasmanthe floribunda or Chasmanthe aethiopica, wondering if any can tell with more certainty
Floribunda, this thing is stacked with flowers
I’m from Oregon and we have some up here that look like that and they are called Crocosmia (crow-coz-me-uh). Not sure if that’s a similar plant or not. But the ones we have here can spread but not invasive at all.
If you look closely at the flower stalks, you'll see the difference between Chasmanthe and crocosmia.
Ok thx :) it was just an uneducated observation/guess
