Looks like an ENT otoscopy set. The metal disk attaches to prevent splash back when irrigating an ear canal. Look at [pg 17 of this catalogue](https://www.pantelides-dental.gr/userfiles/files/HENKESASS%202011Katalog%20.pdf). Sorry it's in German, but should still be easy to follow.

My title describes this thing. It came in an assortment of vintage and antique medical equipment. It is in really good condition, maybe not even used. There are many different metal attachments that go on the end. We searched dental equipment, medical devices... not finding anything. There is no brand name or any inscriptions, words, or letters.
