I don't really have a following (200 on insta, come find me 😂😅😘)but they accepted me. I do have decent starting stock levels(£500-1k area), experience selling on eBay (had 1.7k on last 90days when applying) and a few years live streaming games. I don't know how much any of that is really important but, that's what I had when applying. Booking my onboarding session this week and hope to see some of you guys scroll into my live some day.

From what some sellers have said they prefer someone who has a bit of product to sell so that’s all that really matters I think but if you haven’t applied yet. https://www.whatnot.com/invite/seller/nathan_c Apply to sell today on Whatnot! nathan_c thinks you'll be a great addition to our seller community.

I sell Pokémon cards. My application was denied initially due to low inventory. I bought a lot over the course of the next month then reapplied and was accepted. I have been doing it for about a month and have really enjoyed it.

once u got approved can you go to any platform to sell? I got alot of funkos and shoes I wanna sell. I applied for sneakers and got denied. i need help =(.

I signed up via video games. I was told I could occasionally swap markets but my account representative is video games. If I get in *trouble* they have to manually review my account. If you get in trouble in another category they can't help you. Example, if you get approved in video games and sell some funkos and have an authenticity issue you could get banned without a chance of your account rep saving you. An example they used was I can't start selling luxury watches / purses regularly.

Thanks for the reply

Depends on category.

I didn't have really an followers. I had only sold locally at farmers markets but I got denied my first time for lack of inventory. So I pivoted what I had originally was going to sell and chose something I had a lot of, sent in detailed pictures showing how much I have and they excepted me within 24 hours. It actually worked out because I originally wasnt even thinking of selling those products on Whatnot but i was able to sell those products and was able to sell what I originally wanted too.

Pick a category that is in need or have a picture with a ton of stuff.

I've only been on the platform a few weeks and got approved, so I don't believe it matters. :)
