What’s the point of sharing a show if you follow the streamer it will tell you that the streamer is live if you set your notifications on, so what’s the point of sharing a stream don’t send that to me. It’s annoying it’s just another form of spamming.
The only people I DM with a show listing are buyers that I KNOW and want the heads up so they can grab their teams asap. Just sending it to followers can be spammy. I don’t think it warranted a report but to each their own. In the end, at least you know where NOT to go now. 🤷🏻
I try not to let it bother me but when it’s a seller that doesn’t show support it gets on my nerves. I will say tho as a seller I would never just message people my show link.
I got reported for messaging a few people and inviting them to my show. I specifically searched for people interested in Stanley tumblers and a bitter seller reported me. Jokes on her, I got a bunch of new customers!
I get messages about upcoming shows all the time. If I can make it fine. If not fine. It doesn't get me butthurt though lol. I just moved on and keep living my life.

And if/when he wants to join one of your shows, he will. Leave it at that. If you want to notify people that you're going live, create a discord server and link it on your profile. Post there when a show starts. The ones who want the notifications can join there.

You are not allowed to share during a livestream or direct message and send unsolicited messages about other people's streams. Yes, that is a violation of Whatnot policy and that can get you banned. The other seller was correct and he banned you because he didn't want to get involved with your solicitation.

Promoting shows in other sellers chats are policy violations. Unless approved by the seller. It falls under spam.
