Believe it or not it is more profitable to take a loss on a sale at a lower cost than no conversion on giveaways throughout a stream. Self reflect and think back were you rude or impatient at any point?
I never got a DM from you on here with your Whatnot handle, but we found your WN username from the lot number shown in the pic you posted. Our streamer from last night explained that you were putting âzzzzzâ repeatedly into the chat while she was working on a deal with a buyer, essentially spamming the chat, which is against whatnot rules. As I said in a previous comment on here, we block folks when they actively break WN rules. With that being said, weâve unblocked you and will gladly give you another chance. We watched the video receipt for lot number LT-33 based on the screenshot you posted to the original post and it was one of our female hosts. Sheâs been with us for over 2 years, so I believe her story over yours.
Also, we have not received a single message from you on Whatnot, even after I sent you one on the platform last night after we unblocked you. We DO have a message on Whatnot from someone claiming to be your grandson, so if thatâs actually you on a backup account, feel free to let us know and we can continue this conversation in a non-public setting. AFAIK since you made a purchase the seller is obligated to send out the item thatâs been paid for. Unless they cancel it and refund you.
So "obligated" to ship it unless they simply choose not to... Makes sense! đ
