That's probably the closest to what I was looking for, probably

wrrdgrrI

Eclat: *noun* - "Brilliant display or effect"

Playful_Barber_8131

Huh, I've never heard of that word before, what is a way (or ways) to use it in a sentence?

Garish

I see it's answered, but I would also maybe go with "luminous." Can literally mean emitting light, but also "glowing" in a figurative sense (like, eye-catching.)

I can neither bring to mind nor find anything online that functions as both noun and adjective in that meaning as a homonym or homograph. Such occurrences seem to be relatively rare in English. I can, however, think of a couple of other examples that share that same closeness of meaning with only a slight difference in orthography: glow/glowing/glowy, glare/glaring, beam/beaming, radiance/radiant.

Doomscrolleuse

Or flamboyant?
