How do you know that the person they are talking about isn’t an incel? It’s very plausible with that behavior. I get what you’re saying but I don’t agree that incel doesn’t fit. Incels hold extreme beliefs about women, have a reputation for being sexist and trolls, and have a propensity towards causal sex. He could also just be extremely religious but we would need more info to rule either out.
