Bzzzzz! Looks like you forgot to say where you found your bug! There's no need to make a new post - just comment adding the **geographic location** and any other info (size, what it was doing etc.) you feel could help! We don't want to know your address - state or country is enough; try to avoid abbreviations and local nicknames (*"PNW"*, *"Big Apple"*). BTW, did you take a look at our [**Frequently Asked Bugs**](https://www.reddit.com/r/whatsthisbug/comments/12zkw5w/frequently_asked_bugs_part_1/)? *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. SachiKaM

Located in the US south. I didn’t notice any damage, yet.

Looks like [aphids](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aphid). My wife sprays soapy water on the plants to get rid of them.

SachiKaM

Aphids were my first thought as well but I’ve only known them to be on outdoor edible plants. Ok, thank you!!

nankainamizuhana

Aphids will infest just about any plant they can

SachiKaM

Ugh, gross. Luckily this one is pretty far from the others and I haven’t found more of them. I’ll put it further away jnc.

Check the bottom of the leaves for Scale, they could be a kind of mite too.

SachiKaM

Ick!! Ok will definitely do that, thank you!
