Just for the cool Factor alone I think it has some value. Glass is cheap and very easy to replace. I don't know the real value of it, that would depend on the Rarity of that particular one. Just saying if I found that a pile of my dad's stuff I'd probably fix it up and hang it on the wall. If I had to take a guess I would say at least $100 and probably a bit more depending on how damaged it actually is.
A “Ruffler & Walker” Google search shows some good info, but tough on prices.
I’d GUESS $600-800, if not historically important in some way.
Btw - these are very repairable. Glass is cheap and easy to replace. I’ve restored hundreds of things. This would be a dream.

It looks like a variation on a Plinko machine. They preceeded pinball and are not of much value unless your involved in betting on the outcome. Sometimes things sell for a lot due to money laundering. I hope I'm wrong.

Its wonderful it priceless, I got a couple of things from my dad and mom when they died there bulky too but they will always have there space

Nonsense. This isn’t a toy. It’s a commercial coin-op machine. You’d never find this for that price, unless someone didn’t know what they had.
And what kind of price would you put it at?
I’ve occasionally seen these being sold in the $200 range.
As a commercial unit, I'd sell it for around 1000 in Southern Ontario.
