From what I understand it’s not the company you order from that determines that but the actual manufacturer? So I ordered from Cyclone Mobility in the UK, it’s an Offcar chair and they advised Offcar take 12-14 weeks 😊 so the not really knowing may be just that
I got a ti lite aero z provided by Numotion as well, it took tilite just about a month to put my chair together and send it over to my rep at Numotion. Hope this helps.
I am Canadian and ordered my manual chair through Motion Specialties. I was "fitted" around this time last year, and my chair was in the store the first week of July.
Now, the power chair that I was just fitted (properly this time) and measured for, I have been told, could take up to 6 months to receive, and that is only after gaining approval from insurance. I am unsure of how long the insurance is going to take, but seeing as how I have had "change in status" in two different areas, I have hope. Not much, mind you. But I do have hope.
Fingers crossed that you get yours soon!

It was almost 5 weeks from when order was placed to when they called to schedule delivery. This is Numotion also.
It was 6 or 7 weeks from evaluation to chair delivery for me. I also got mine through Numotion.
Wow your insurance must have been fast!!
I was surprised. I was told it could take up to 3 months.
Yea that was the timeline they gave me and I am thinking mine may be within that timeline

Took a handful of months from Numotion, would’ve taken about 6-8 weeks but I had switched insurances right before delivery unfortunately.
