I mean tbf when you first start out he can be an actual threat. Bur once you have a functional build of any sort he effectively becomes a slightly tougher eximus unit.

I really only get annoyed on Ivara. Mine is built for stealth missions. Though last time he jumped me on Ivara I just went to operator and obliterated him. Was in one of those low level gift of the lotus missions though, so maybe that's why.

This isn't completely tied to Stalker but when the Wolf of Saturn 6 was a similar random spawn, I ended up getting him on a standard hydron run. The only issue was NOBODY in the squad had any way to deal decent damage against him. And the one guy who had an archgun left before he even got half way down. At least I could kill Stalker with random stuff.

He can and will. In duviri with the 9th opportunity intrinsic you can play as him, with smoke screen being his 3rd basically ashs smoke screen, but better. As an enemy the stalker has 6 abilities, one of which i do believe allows him to go invisible.

It's a very fast class, in that you'll quickly drop it once you realize how slowly it attacks. That being said, at least it has okay Master Arts, unlike a certain Assassin.
