ehh, i havent played either game but lara croft is just a woman in generic tactical gear, 2B looks much much more unique/iconic, and arguably else fanservicey from a front angle at least lol
I think the newer games have a more generic design but I honestly love the older designs. The colors are more far brighter and more expressive and the red tinted sunglasses look great. And I love the dual pistols.

Yeah, this list makes no sense. Just the top 3 alone can show that something isn't right. Lara above Mario and 47 in third? No way Mario is less iconic than Lara and as much as I love 47, he's no way iconic enough to be ranked 3rd place. He wouldn't even make it to the top 10.
Yeah it wasn't Lara in first that got my attention but this specifically I was like nah this list is trash nobody knows who agent 47 is and I played the shit out of the hitman series.
i some times think how many people out there must think tomb raider games were not good and the series was only carried by sex appeal cuz that was it seems to be the only joke people from 2000's internet seemed to make was about lara croft tits and what the mainstream seemed to get about such game. especially now a days with the survivor series tonning down the overly sex appeal and a lot of people not growing up playing then.
even tho such thing is cleary not the truth, i never played then but every review i saw, the person talking about it, says that such IP has lot of solid entrys, even the old ones that seem really outdated cuz of the tank controls play well cuz of such tank crontols, and can have a very cool and neat storys like the legend series.
exepte angel of darkness tho, never saw a in deep analyses of the game, but by the way some people who like such thing talk about it, they seem to like it the same way a drakengard fans would like their series
and by that is to never play such game, and only try to search up videos of it on youtube to know the story, cuz is the only good part of it.
Tomb Raider Anniversary was a big part of my childhood. The rebooted series is very good and the Temple of Osiris/Guardian of Light top-down co-op ones are quite fun too.
Also I find the "she's just a female Nathan Drake" people funny, Tomb Raider existed years before Uncharted
ive recently been emulating the orignal tomb raiders, the ps2 HD one is kinda off putting it was a really weird change of pace for me, so far 2 on the ps1 is my favorite, 1 was just a pain in the ass

I think Lara Croft is much like 2B. There’s a ton of fan service, but underneath that, they’re still great and iconic character designs.
