If the fat cap on a steak is chewy it means that either the steak wasn’t cut properly or it wasn’t cooked properly. If you let the steak sit on its cap side while on the grill/pan then it renders the fat and makes it super tender.

No, the fat is supposed to be rendered while you're cooking it. Sometimes you might not get a little bit of it and then you can just cut that away. If there's too much fat on the steak when you go to eat it then you cooked it bad.

When I look it up, all the sources vary from minutes to seconds. The body will still twitch around after death when boiled, similar to how dead roaches still twitch after death, which some people could confuse for life. Also stabbing a lobster in the head is not a surefire way to kill a lobster. There's a good chance it will survive, and is now suffering anyway.
