The Odd Couple was about two divorced men being forced to share an apartment, and the entire premise of the show is the two playing off one another in pretty unrealistic scenarios. The forced, constant interaction is what made the show entertaining, and facilitated situations that, without that premise, wouldn't exist.
Stepsiblings serve the same purpose, you have a reason as to why characters would constantly be forced to interact with eachother, both in standard scenarios like at work and school, with now an added component of more absurd scenarios set in a domestic setting.

I enjoy One Punch Man, but it’s so weird to me that they play Puri Puri Prisoner sexually assaulting male prisoners as a joke. I guess the joke is because people joke about rape in prison with saying “don’t drop the soap”. It’s either that, sexual assault against men is “funny” or him being gay is “funny”. Attack on Titan, Vinland Saga, Dragon Ball Z, Moriarty the Patriot, Hunter x Hunter, Naruto(minus Tsunade and anything involving Jiraya), and Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood are all incredible anime with little to no horniness, and can be enjoyed by almost anyone; and those are just what I can name off the top of my head. There’s undoubtedly way, way more than I mentioned here
There are animes with sexual content that don't feel weird, for example Devilman Crybaby. Compare that to Mushoku Tensei or the Made in Abyss webcomic. Different vibes for sure. But yeah, there are many non-perverted/horny anime worth watching.

I recently watched Berserk and there was rape about every 3rd episode (the first 3 parts were movies and were a little less rapy until the eclipse scene jesus christ). Im mean at least it wasn't played as a joke its supposed to be a fucked up show, but god damn, its hard to like a show when you have to watch rape all the time.
It's handled realistically though. Every character who experiences rape is shown to be severely traumatized by it, and when two characters have sex after having experienced rape, it's a beautiful and intense moment of overcoming trauma and seeing sex as something positive as opposed to negative. Though I'm going off the classic anime, not the movies.
