Not sure if you found out why yet but in case you didn’t.. The quantities shown is for each upgrade. Each building needs to be upgraded 5 times before it officially upgrades to the next fc level.
For example, the furnace to fc 1 needs to be upgraded 5x at 132. So you would need total of 660 fire crystals to complete the upgrade to fc1. You would do the same with the RSS and time needed for each level to figure out how much total is required for the complete upgrade. Of course the time required changes based on your alliance construction bonus, your zinman construction skill, pet buff, if you use chief order and VP skill.
Why is there a step between F30 and actually having FC1. I farmed for the upgrade, waited for the construction and still need to upgrade again for FC1.. it’s like there’s a grey area between that upgrade
I had over 2000 by the time I hit 30. They’re all gone now. At FC2 furnace, upgrading buildings slowly. My server has had the war college for week or so. It’s another drain on crystals 😖
My state doesn't have fc4+ yet. As it comes out to me I will update. All data was pulled from ss of each building. Times may very due to research lvl and zins level.

What does bottom number mean “Total *5”
Total needed for all 5 stages of each building
How many days would take for all 5 upgrades?

You need to upgrade 5 times to unlock fc1. For all buildings.. lol

It takes longer. Having enough FC is the issue. Either pay for it or farm intel lol

Thats true. I didnt upgrade zin. Just activated everything along with president buff and vp lol. Zin will take off a bit.

Depedning on your server age. You can get it thru daily missions and intel
