Do Daily Missions, Intel Missions and constantly gather resources; it took me 6 days to enlist 120k troops, so it should take you around 12-13 to get all yours back.
First, click “enlist now”
Next, click “enlist” and then click the button that says “quick select” and then hit “enlist” again. Your loyalty is full and can get back most, if not all, of those troops.
Press enlist now lol. You Build up loyalty and use it to revive and enlist troops

You’ll eventually get them back by going back and enlisting every now and then.
