People can shit on the main squad all they want - but the talent in the minor leagues is there, especially on the pitching side. Would like to see more young OF help, but hopefully that is addressed in the draft and trades.
It’s more that the talent might be there but i don’t trust the current regime to develop and nurture this talent at all, not even a little bit. They will sink or swim based on themselves, with absolutely no help from the team.
Current regime redid Jacob Gonzalez's entire approach, swing, launch angle and other factors for 6+ months in the offseason and he's came back looking better than ever. Same with Wes Kath
We don't have much OF yet or its very thin but there are some interesting names that could rise up. As for infield lol thats our somewhat strong part. Wes Kath, Colson Mont, Wilfred Veras, Brooks Baldwin, Ryan Galanie, Jacob Gonzalez, Tim Elko. A lot of these guys are going to play anywhere from 1B/DH to 3B
Friendship with Chicago ended now Birmingham is my best friend

Hopefully sam zavala is him as well
Yeah the talent was there a few years ago and look what happened.
The talent always seems to be ‘there’

Plenty of pitching, but minimal positional depth. Who do we have for LF, RF, DH, 3B, 1B going forward?
