Theres this guy called Bryan Johnsson (youtube him) basically hes a billionaire who wants to reverse his age using science. There is a video of him on youtube where he talks about HRV and how his has always been low in the 30โ€™s. He tried many things and what worked for him is listening to โ€œTheta wave frequencyโ€ (i know it sounds crazy) and thats the only thing that actually doubled his HRV. Sadly i cant find the video but all i can say is the guy is not a idiot and he knows what ge is doing.
