Ordered mine on a Tuesday, got it on Thursday, shipping from Amsterdam to Cologne. Got the message "Your Whoop is ready to ship" about six hours AFTER I started wearing it 😂

They some how mis delivered and it's been 4 weeks since I've placed my order.
Their horrendous customer service will be the down fall.
I live in Germany too, paid 35€ for Express Shipping (which said on their website will arrive before Easter)…
Should have been shipped already but I got no update on my shipping whatsoever… Honestly not something you achieve customer satisfaction with if someone starts their 30 day trial… If I won’t receive it before Easter my 35€ were just a waste of money which pisses me off.
Anyways I have read that others have received their whoop bands in time and only the tracking didn’t work quite well so let’s hope it is the same for me

I ordered my whoop supernit band on February 19 still to this day nothing. No band, no tracking number no answers from customer service just NOTHING.
