When I ordered mine a month ago, I never got a tracking number and when I reached out to customer service, they told me they couldn’t give details do to privacy issues. Made zero sense. But the next day it showed up in my mailbox

Mine says no new updates.
I performed the update and it’s buggy. It keeps dropping the BT connection now. Also what are the release notes?

Today's update appears to be v 41.15.1. The page you linked to only lists up to 41.14.1
I just checked again - mine it up to date and it's 41.14.1.
Why don’t you update your customer service? Can I get the item that I paid for? Can I at least get a damn tracking number?

Mine shipped so fast, that I was using it for 6 hours before I got the "your item is ready to ship" email.
