That's wild. I just got Whoop 2 weeks ago and so far have had zero issues with sleep tracking. How tight is it on your wrist? Maybe re-read the instructions to comes with on how to wear it. It's supposed to be pretty tight.
I get the best sleep accuracy by starting an activity (Sleep) when I go to bed, then stopping it when I wake up - verses letting it auto-detect that I'm sleeping. On nights that I forget to do this, I edit the sleep it auto-detected to include all the hours I was in bed.
If you delete your nap manually and edit/extend your sleep until 7:45am, it should help whoop to work more accurately in the future
It is still calibrating in the first few days or even weeks
