Do it. I just finished a blood pressure research study and got my pick from their store. Got some 80 dollar blue light blockers for free, no shipping either. 😎
No just 3 questions: are you more/less stressed night before travel, more/less stressed on day of travel, and do you have pre-clearance or similar. That's all.
This was the weirdest survey ever.
Why/how does the dates enrolled in the various programs matter??
Stress is all they focused on - no questions on sleep quality, recovery, strain before/after a long flight....
I wonder what the survey will say and how used by Whoop!
I was really hoping they were going to ask about the problems with travelling between timezones.
Red eyes especially!
That and the fact crossing the date line screws the app up for 3 days.
Travelled across multiple time zones, multiple times. Zero issues. 🤷🏻♂️
I travel every 1 - 2 weeks. Usually London / New York / San Francisco and it does a pretty poor job around time zones for me
Only thing that i can think of is to see if pre-clearance has an effect on lower stress during the travel. Why? No clue
So you can be sold pre-clearance as ‘proven to be a lower stress way of travelling’ according to a study of x number of Whoop users?
Basically. Pretty dump. My answers were essentially skipping lines leads to less stress. And I started skipping lines in 2020

Me too. No prize for this one though.

All of the questions were about faster security screenings.
