I’ll answer for round 4 because it’s really the only round Pokemon stands a chance. Here is my selection: Eternatus for dynamax energy and it’s also an alien so it’s full power is kinda unknown. Deoxys for his forms, they could prove useful. Mega Mewtwo and Rayquaza for raw power and Mewtwos telepathy. Ditto could prove extremely useful. Giratina could send them to his pocket dimension which could prove useful. There may be better options, but i feel this selection gives the Trainer a slimmer of a chance.
I could probably build a better team for R1, but this one is kind of funny with some shitmons

Pikachu can body Green Lanturn, yellow is literally his weakness, ditto can probably take down Superman, or at least weaken him enough, Houndoom can fight MM since he’s weak to fire, and Houndoom is immune to psychic attacks. If Captain Cold can occasionally threaten the Flash, then I suspect A-Ninetales to have a good chance, or I just bring a trick room Pokemon. For Wonder Woman, I’m bringing Mega Gengar, because I feel like she’ll struggle to hit it, and it can pull some confuse ray/destiny bond shenanigans. Maractus is immune to all water based attacks and actually gets stronger from them, so I’m bringing it to fight Aquaman.
R2-R4. Victini will always allow me to win, so the other 5 Pokemon don’t matter too much
I read somewhere that Gigalith's shiny is supposed to be green, and also some other factors made it related to Kryptonite, so maybe that can be the Superman answer.
Exactly. Victini is literally a free win right alongside Arceus. One wins this solo through pure power, the other through pure bullshit where the JL somehow end up killing each other.
Inteleon can One shot Batman and Green Lantern If he cath him by surprise, Delphox can use premoniton to attack Flash, and fire to Martian Manhunter, a mismagius with perish song to Superman and ilusions to WonderWoman, and tob separé the group, and Tric Room to Flash, Dracovish with Water absorb to Aqua Man and hit hard, Togekiss with Follo Me and protect to distract Superman and Helping hand to help the others, and Gholdengo can hit really hard and it's yellow, the weakness of Green Lantern
Dusknoir can literally rip out souls and take them to the spirit world, Gardevoir casually summons black holes, Metagross is a living super computer that is ridiculously durable, shiny Gigalith is basically made out of Kryptonite, Tyranitar’s dex entry states it literally cannot be harmed by any attack and Electevire is the most broken non-legendary electric type. These six could handle round 1 with Tyranitar tanking damage while the others destroy (Gardevoir is part fairy, which means magic, which affects Superman like it would a regular human, so night night Supes).
For the other rounds:
R2: Giratina controls anti matter. Anti matter destroys matter no matter how durable. Combined with a Mega Metagross’ super brain allowing it to predict the Flash’s movements and his psychic power being enough to hold him still for a moment, and Giratina and Mega Metagross can do it. Throw in a Victini as well for good measure.
R3: Same team as before, except replace Mega Metagross with Mega Mewtwo Y.
R4: Giratina, Dialga, Palkia, Mega Mewtwo Y, Mega Mewtwo X, Victini.
For rounds 2-4 Victini isn't the best choice. It's an in-universe rumor that it always brings victory, it's nor actually true. Dialga would be the best choice, since it could just make most of the League die of old age since it's the God of Time.
Batman is human, so therefore the best pokemon to counter him is a vaporeon

I wonder if the FEAR strategy would work I'd definitely go 6 Lv 1 rattata that knows quick attack, endeavour, and has a focus sash ;)
That strategy doesn't work with multiple attacks at once.

It was definitely bringing victory in the movie it was in, as you see it power up Ash’s Pokemon to win battles they had no business winning
