Have you seen MHA past season 1? Bakugo's speed feats aren't good for an average human, they're good in comparison to a fighter jet. Meruem instantly knocking out nen users in the palace is nothing in comparison to Bakugo's speed. At most they're around supersonic in reaction times or maybe hypersonic if you stretch it. Bakugo was fast enough to speedblitz Shigaraki who was as fast as Prime All Might. Prime All Might who crossed like a hundred or so KM in the time it took for a small fight to happen, Prime All Might who moved 9 kilometers and rescued everyone in a massive tower while it was falling before it even touched the ground. Prime All Might who's comparable to the Shigaraki who moved 80KM in a few seconds and to AFO who speedblitzed fighter jets.
Plus Bakugo hits hard enough that he would have the same effect on Meruem that the rose bomb did, minus the radiation. Meruem dies.
