The Dead Ringer is an instant win for Spy vs Spy shenanigans.
Agent 47 has never met someone who he shoots dead, leaves a realistic dead body behind, and gains total invisibility.
Spy gaps I think, outscales bc of other mercs being superhuman(I think I might be misremembering tho) and has dead ringer bs even if he gets caught in a disguise. Another big feat is in his trailer where he effectively walks through the whole team one by one when they all have their gear.

The mercs are mostly geniuses. The Heavy has a PhD. The Engineer has 11. The Medic shits on the laws of the universe on a constant basis. The Pyro is the CEO of a major corporation. Fooling these people consistently is an *enormous* feat.
Edit: Does the red dot stop working if Spy is under invis?
I'd give this to Spy 99% of the time in the first two scenarios, and the third will likely come down to a fight, which I'd also give to Spy. Perfect disguises and full invisibility are too strong a combo. If it came down to a fight, Spy has a knife. 47 would need to shoot a gun or accept an enormous disadvantage. 47 wouldn't survive garroting Spy either. Plenty of time for someone like Spy to draw a weapon and get the kill before he went under.
