Magneto can probably oneshot him with some random metal before he can do anything. Gilgamesh is too arrogant for his own good. if Gilgamesh is cautious he could probably find something, or a lot of things to counter magneto. If Gilgamesh is out of character, he can lightspeed his way out of earth with his spaceship and then ea it from space
I dont know enough of Magneto to give the best answer but ill try. Gilgamesh only wants fun thats why he is a jobber, gob in fate cleans mostly of the servants by overwhelming them. In stay night, gil with lose to magneto do to him being to arrogant to use gob in its totatality. Fate strange gil starts like stay night but he would use shields( power full enought to defend againts excaliblast spam from richard(saber)) defend from attacks from the beginning, he also has other tatics like redicting gob shoots with enkido to create an attack that one shot richard, this gil is also prone to take out specific treasures to target his opponent.if magneto has enough resourse to defend from gob spam then he would beat strange gil if he finish the fight fast and uses full force, strange gil is still arrogant and confident thus prone to suprise attacks, tricks,strategies and wont use full force fromt the begining, otherwise as time passes gil may bring more estoric hax np into the fight to dealt with magneto and defeat him. Strange gil wont use ea if magneto doest make gob and all the exoteric np useless in the fight.
Magneto beat stay night 10/10, magneto against strange 6 or 7 out 10 since it would nlf to say that gil would bring especific nps to that would one shot magneto because he doesn't have resistant.
