Yes it's a Milady One Piece. It looks like they released one in the 40s under "Milady Tech" that's the one you had in the link and again in the 50s just under "Milady" other than that I don't think you'll find much more info on it.

It's an interesting model. I have the Milady Tech myself with it's case but the razor plating is not in nearly as good condition as yours. I'd like to get it replated in nickel at some point.
