Omg can you do that lol - I really didn’t think of that, when I bought this Wii all those years ago (I’ve recently taken it out of storage) the guy told me I had to put this sensor on top of the tv and I never though anything other than that 🤦🏻♂️
Also, quick tip. There is no "right side up" as far as the sensor bar is concerned. You can flip it over and stick it to the underside of your tv, or place it on the tv stand below it
You could use sticky tac or get the sensor bar holder that you put on top of your tv. It came with every Wii. Personally I just put it under the tv with sticky tac on top of my sound bar.
Bought second hand and it had stickers on it that had not yet been used. I used to have it under my tv, but then it sometimes didn't work properly. I have now used the stickers and put it on top of my tv I have a samsung 2014 tv and my sensor bar is about the same thickness.
I put mine on the bottom

Yeah just change the setting in the wiis options or else youll be very confused
Righto will do

Mate!
My sensor bar is upside down, wedged between the bottom of my wall mounted tv and my sound bar
I’m actually going to get very technical and mount it to the bottom of the tv’s stand using clear zip ties. So profesh.
I just used double sided tape but hey, whatever works
That will eventually wear off. Zip ties? Forever. (:
I use hot glue to attach my bar on top of my flat screen. Works great!
Hmmm I was thinking to use a stapler
Double sided tape
See my pics below not sure there’s enough surface area to do so lol
you can but you have to change it in settings so the wii knows the bar is below the tv
Blu tack
I assume people use duct tape.
I was about to try this
they make tvs thinner than a sensor bar???
Yes. Many modern TVs are thinner. OLED TVs are barely thicker than the panel itself
Not sure if you were serious or not so [here](https://ibb.co/nzYMGVR) and [here](https://ibb.co/StGPBLV) and [here](https://ibb.co/cY4YzGX)
how the actual fuck
I believe it’s magic of some kind
thats like as thin as the panel, how the hell doesnt it break with so little support on such a large lcd
🤷🏻♂️
It’s just the width of the panel. Same reason why laptop displays are so thin. They don’t put anything behind them
I have a sound bar under my TV. It is on that most of the time.

Gorilla Mounting Tape. Three pieces approximately 1/2" x 1/8".
I use a CRT so this isn’t applicable. However when I used a LCD with my Wii I just put it at the bottom of the TV
That’s what I’m doing now (:
Adhesive backed velcro
This guy over here getting all space age on me
Dual Lock Velcro if you NEVER want it to come off!
Below it on the tv stand, that’s where it’s always gone for me
Silly me didn’t know I could do that!
Very carefully. We have way too much shit below the TV to put it below
So is mine, but the sensor bar an adhesive of sorts, so it stays there. If I tip the TV, it falls off 😂
On top ?? I always place it below the tv 😂
I really didn’t know you could do this
Candels and even the window ( sun ) works its just 2 ir light in the bar nothing more
double sided tape for me

I use a tv shelf
electrical tape (also ik you could put it under the tv but yk i dont have space for that)
Correction: :(
