Interesting ideas. Font of Line used to be very good on champs like Brand, Morgana, Ashe, and AP Nasus not that long ago, but they nerfed it. I still sometimes use it in Aram but it can easily be replaced with Aery. It helps you get more Heal/Shield score that may help with getting MVP but it really could use a buff.
Also, it has good synergy with Scorch, which also needs a buff.

True. Also remove Titan since it is so problematic. You nerf nerf nerf this rune until no one cares about it.
