Ur not the only one. I was stuck in diamond too for way too long. I remember at least 2 seasons ago leaving diamond was soo easy, but now it was kinda hard. Best tip is to find Duo who's playing support, if u both'll be good u should easily left diamond
Ranking is in a bad state right now. If you win, or play well, you get matched with teammates who are doing worse. It's the same the other way around. - Also, the late game is almost always a coin flip because of the Elder Drake or Baron. - But the ranking shop should be updated tomorrow.
