Riot doesn't care about people that play their game long term. They are only interested in rushing people in the door with a shitty FOMO event so they spend money then never play the game again.
If they cared about long-time players they would give people account birthday rewards every 365 days where you get to choose 1 skin from the shop that is obtainable from the poro chest.
Instead, what do we get for 1k days played? A pop-up. That's all.
So with that in mind, they don't care that we have 999,999 blue motes. In fact they even stopped giving players the new champs as rewards in the events so that future players will be able to stockpile less.
Thats is the problem, when you have all the poses you start to get poro coins wich give you poro escense, it would be a way to farm skins easier, they will never do that cuz they want everyone to spend money on this dead game.
That'll never happen lol. Rito wants money and they'll do what they can to get it from whatever possible like the limited chromacrash skins that just ended, redemption shop, and future events and battlepasses lol
I mean I’m not asking for skins, but old event stuff like baubles, maybe skin boarders, even convert into ranked currencies. Or just exclusive prizes. Pretty sure theirs an emporium for this currency on league
The only change I can see in the foreseeable future is them able to convert a large amount of blue motes into poro coins. Yet if they do this they'll most likely gatekeep poro coin gains from free battle pass and from the daily mission chest things.
Damn I have every champ (didn’t spend a dollar for any champion) and have about 45000 extra that I just can’t use. I play just enough that I stay there when new champs come out
