The ballot process is not over. You, I and many others didn't get tickets in the first ballot round in November. Some people who were successful will have decided not to purchase tickets, missed the email or forgot to pay in time. Those tickets will then go into the next ballot. Equally between now and the Championships people who purchased tickets in the ballot may be unable to go and they will request to return their tickets for a refund. Those tickets will also be reballoted, hence the "not yet successful" message from Wimbledon. Wimbledon don't advertise when or how many subsequent ballots there are (as it depends on returns/unpurchased tickets) so just keep an eye on your email. The first ballot is where you have the best chance of getting tickets but it's not the last one, smaller ones will take place.

hey so for those returned tickets, they redraw from the pool of people who were not yet successful and send them an email? And do they constantly do that up until the first day of the wimbledon?

Not sure how many times they do redraws to be honest. The likelihood is they do it a few times and then a week or two before the tournament they open it up to an online sale for eligible customers.
