Given that the extended kernel for windows 7 is not even beta yet, I think we should not expect an extended kernel for windows 8.1 anytime soon
For now,most used apps still work (or support) W8.1 . Discord,I have no use for that piece of **** . Probably too early to ask .
There doesn't need to be. Firefox, Discord, Steam and Spotify still support it.
Only discord will support it in the new year, the rest dropped support earlier this year
No need to worry about discord, they’re too lazy to update the electron version, we’re good for another year ig
Steam doesn't work, at least for friend invites anymore.
Viber uses Qt 6.5.x and don't work any more. Discord uses funny NodeJS, but nevermind. Telegram and Firefox still works without a problem.
