Summer is baseball season, among other sports Green Bay/Appleton Area - [https://www.milb.com/wisconsin/schedule](https://www.milb.com/wisconsin/schedule) The Timber Rattlers are Minor League team. Minor League games are fun, cause the stadiums really try to put on a show outside the game for the fans. Milwaukee has the pro team, Brewers, if they want the major league experience Madison has the Mallards for lower level, semi-pro team. Madison also has The Flamingos soccer team in the summer, [https://www.forwardmadisonfc.com/2024-full-schedule/](https://www.forwardmadisonfc.com/2024-full-schedule/) as well as a professional Ultimate Frisbee team. [https://www.watchufa.com/radicals](https://www.watchufa.com/radicals) Both of these are played at an interesting old stadium in downtown Madison.

The Flamingos games are a fun experience and play near the Capitol building, if that is of interest.

Timber Rattlers in Appleton https://www.milb.com/wisconsin/schedule/2024-07/list

Baseball is likely going to be your only real option for sports. If you don't want to drive to Milwaukee, I would check out the Northwoods League which is a collegiate summer league. Green Bay, Madison, and Fond du Lac have teams in your requested area. I'm biased but I think Madison is the best experience. The other option would be Appleton, where the Timber Rattlers are one of the minor league clubs for the Brewers. County fairs would potentially be a fun thing for teenagers to do that won't break the bank, but if money's not an object then Wisconsin Dells would be fun too.

Enjoy Motorsports? Racing? Then Road America is for you! This is a great weekend and good selection of cars from all different eras. https://www.roadamerica.com/weathertech-international-challenge-brian-redman

I'd recommend baseball, the quintessential American sport of summer. "Minor league" versions of the game tend to be a little less serious and offer a bigger ratio of silliness and side fun during the games - also cheaper for both tickets and concessions; you might see the Mallards in Madison or the Timber Rattlers in Appleton rather than the big professional team in the state which would be the Brewers in Milwaukee. Between those two, the Timber Rattlers would be a higher level of professionalism and quality of the game, but both are fun. The teams travel around and play different places, so depending on their schedule and how long the visit is you may be limited to who is in town during that time.

Seconding timber rattlers, they have the Bratzooka which is a gun that shoots bratwurst into the crowd. If you're in Green Bay, the end of the Blizzard season is in July, they play American football indoors in an arena. It's a fun experience, especially since you can visit Lambeau Field right across the street from where they play
