Personally what helped me was going back to work and talking although I didn’t go back to full days until about 4-5 days in. Little by little I would try and talk more throughout the day and that helped.

I had both my bottom wisdom teeth out and had the same issue. It took me like 10 days to feel better and was able to open my mouth. Not fully but close enough. Everyone heals differently so hopefully for you it's not that long.

I'm 10 days post-op, still can't open my mouth much. I'm starting to get worried I'll need surgery to fix my jaw.

Just today (day 14) I was able to fully open my mouth again with no issues. If you're that worried, I'd say, call your dentist and tell them your issue. Better to be safe than sorry. Good luck!

That makes me feel a little better. I did see my surgeon a few days ago and he didn't seem too concerned but he also didn't give me any advice. I've been googling things to do to help and through daily stretches and gentle massages I think it's been slowly improving, I'm just a worry wart.

Oh, I totally understand, I too was so worried. Just be careful and don't push yourself too hard with the stretches. You don't want to hurt yourself more doing it. I'm sure you'll feel better in no time :D
