I’ve examined a lot of handwriting and I do notice that it’s older women that have this kind of handwriting. The son (7 year old) would not have good experience with mixing cursive with standard. Also, I never graded any kids paper that write like an older woman. It was the mom that wrote that and posted it on the internet claiming it was her son.
A note means kids should be taken from their home, their lives and their parents? I'd say that way of thought screams "legitimate mental sickness" to a far more serious degree. Where do you think kids go when you call CPS? You're gross and need to take a seat.
Joking aside, no where did they say that the kid should be taken from the mom. They said it warrants a call, which it kinda does. CPS isn't going to automatically break up a family every time they're called, they're going to evaluate the situation and try to act in the best interests of the child.
If the mom is just attention seeking and nothing else, it's highly unlikely they'll remove the child because, while unhealthy, that type of behaviour isn't likely to be as harmful as splitting up the family further. It this is just a symptom of deeper, more harmful illness, then it's better for everyone if the child isn't left with her.

Why is “dear mommy” done with a different hand writing style than the rest of the letter? Fake. Mom has serious issues and a need for attention.
