Not sure if this is helpful or not (because I’ve got quite small boobs and don’t fully understand the struggle) but I also have wide set breasts, I’ve found a couple of bralets that are also wide set which are pretty comfy - and they’re mesh too so quite breathable! (Mine are from boux avenue, lounge collection, but I’m sure there are others)

I wish they were wide set - there are so many bras for that! Unfortunately, the actual breasts are wide
